Fixes:

  • Agendas:
    • Text that was not underlined in an uploaded document appeared underlined in the agenda item's motion. The prepared agenda package also showed that text underlined (Oct 26)
  • Meeting:
    • On bilingual sites, the Public Display showed the Description (English) and Description (French) labels for agenda items with no description. The labels appeared with no text under them, which could make the public think information was missing (Oct 26)
  • Approvals:
    • Documents approved by an approval group with a signature page showed an empty "Click or tap here to enter text" box above the signature page, in the document and in the Full Agenda package. Deleting the empty box also deleted the whole signature page (Oct 6)
    • Approval requests now go to delegates right away at each step when auto-delegate is set to 0 days. Previously, delegates sometimes did not receive the request after an earlier step was approved, and it did not appear in their Approvals list (Oct 20)
    • The Approval Request page still showed a meeting date for documents whose meeting was deleted. This made it look like the document was still scheduled for that meeting (Oct 26)
  • Documents:
    • Agenda items on the meeting site kept showing a Draft tag after their document was approved. This happened on meetings with the draft feature turned on in the meeting template (Oct 7)
    • Some documents opened in the document editor with a warning that the file was opened from a server backup copy. Every save of these documents was rejected, so the agenda item title, description and motion stopped updating (Oct 26)
  • Attendee Groups:
    • Meeting Administrators with Enable Attendee Group Access could see every Attendee Group, but changes to attendees in groups they do not administer did not save. These users now see only the groups where they are listed as an Attendee Group Administrator, so to give a user access, add them to that list in the group's settings (Oct 9)
  • Administration:
    • Site-wide and meeting announcements could not be saved without an expiration date. Users saw an unclear error and could not publish an announcement with no expiration date (Oct 23)
    • An error occurred when attempting to delete a logo in Settings (Oct 23)
