eScribe serves as a secure, centralized repository for all meeting-related records throughout the meeting lifecycle. Records may include agendas, minutes, reports, attachments, approval records, voting results, attendance information, referrals, conflict declarations, workflow history, videos and closed-captioning files, as well as confidential and internal documents. Public-facing records can be published to a customer’s website, while sensitive information remains securely stored and accessible only to authorized users.
