All  Word Documents in eScribe can now be accessed directly without the need for users to input their eScribe URL or credentials. This new feature applies to documents in the Document Manager module. This enhancement minimizes the frequency of pop-ups and streamlines the process, allowing for real-time saving of any content modifications. As users make changes, documents will automatically save, improving overall efficiency. This article will cover how users can edit a new document or the ability to edit at a later time.

Opening the  Document

From the Documents Tab, user can click on the Document Name to open the document or click "Open Document" from the options menu for the specific Document.

After the document is generated, users will have two choices: Not Now or Open Document. Selecting Not Now enables the user to revisit the document later, while choosing Open Document takes them directly into the application. There will be no requirement for the user to enter any login details, including website address, username, or password.

The Document Name is shown in the center, reflecting the name assigned during its creation. Users are relieved from the need to manually save their work, as all changes are automatically saved back to eScribe.  After closing the document, there will be no prompts to save any modifications. Editing and document management options can be accessed through the toolbar.
