Improvements:­

• Meeting Site - Video:
  • Agenda item videos now open at the recorded timestamp for YouTube and Vimeo. You can also select any timestamp in the list below the video to jump to that point, and the active timestamp highlights as the video plays (Aug 31)
• Agenda Items:
  • The Meeting Date and Parent fields in the Agenda Items flyout now show a loading spinner at the right time, instead of appearing empty while loading or spinning when nothing is loading (Aug 4)
• Documents:
  • Duplicating a document now removes the old document number from the document name, so only the newly assigned number shows once a new one is assigned (Aug 7)
  • When editing document details, the Meeting Type and Department fields now only show options compatible with the selected document template, preventing invalid combinations (Aug 12)
  • The system now validates document names before attaching them to an agenda item, preventing duplicate names on the same agenda item (Aug 12)
• Approvals:
  • An Exception Approval Group can now be duplicated. Click 'Duplicate Group,' name the new group, adjust any of the duplicated settings or approval steps as needed, and click 'Duplicate' to create it (Aug 17)
  • Administrators can now immediately approve a document or package even when an approval request is already in progress. A confirmation dialog is presented before the action is taken (Aug 31)

Fixes:

• Users:
  • Unchecking Super Administrator on a user account did not remove the role. The system reapplied it automatically on every save (Aug 19)
  • A user whose name contains an accented or otherwise non-standard character could not save documents at all - every save attempt was rejected before it reached storage (Aug 21)
• Meeting Site:
  • Recommendation text formatting was inconsistent across agenda items in the meeting site. Indentation and structure did not display consistently throughout the agenda (Aug 24)
• Agenda Packages:
  • Attachments to documents approved through a workflow were missing from the full agenda PDF (Aug 3)
• Documents:
  • Deleting a document or cancelling an approval workflow from the document list was throwing an error (Aug 4)
  • Documents edited in Microsoft Online now save reliably, resolving an issue where changes could be lost with a "couldn't save" error (Aug 10)
  • Attachments on a draft agenda item were missing from the prepared agenda package and the published agenda after the document was moved back to draft and approved a second time (Aug 31)
