Improvements:

  • Documents:
    • When no users have been added to a document's permissions, the User Permissions dropdown now shows text explaining why it's empty (Jul 27)
    • When a meeting linked to a document is deleted, the document's approval status, approval steps, and approval history will now remain unchanged (Jul 27)
  • Approvals:
    • Users who try to open an approval request that's already been approved, declined, or cancelled now see a clear message instead of a repeating error notification (Jul 6)
    • Meeting Administrators with Manage Approvals permission or who created a document now have full access to that document during an active approval request. This ensures Meeting Administrators can manage documents without being blocked by Approver-level access restrictions (Jul 21)
    • Users viewing the approval request for a package approved without a workflow now see a details modal instead of an error. The modal displays the name of the user who manually approved the package. The name of the user will only display going forward, it won't display for packages manually approved in the past (Jul 23)
    • Users with the Visitor-only role can no longer be added as an Approver, Assistant, or Delegate within an Approval Group. Existing approval groups that already include Visitor-only users are unaffected (Jul 24)
    • Administrators and Meeting Administrators with the Manage Approvals permission can now manually delegate an in-progress approval request to another approver. Previously only the Super Administrator and Approver Assistant had this functionality; it's now been expanded to include the two user roles mentioned above (Jul 30)
  • Search:
    • User search now matches across first, middle, and last name together, so typing a full or partial name returns the expected results (Jul 10)
  • Meeting Packages:
    • Agenda and resolution packages now open in read-only mode in the document viewer, preventing accidental edits while still allowing users to preview meeting materials (Jul 30)
  • Meeting Template:
    • Super Administrators no longer appear in the Meeting Template permission picker, since no additional permissions apply to this role (Jul 10)

Fixes:

  • Announcements:
    • Meeting announcements flyout now displays the correct empty-state message for non-administrators. Participants no longer see text prompting them to create an announcement when none exist (Jul 2)
  • Meetings:
    • Republishing a meeting site failed with an error after an admin added an addendum item (Jul 20)
  • Documents:
    • The submission deadline in the Documents List was not turning red when the deadline fell on the current date or time (Jul 10)
    • Approved reports are now correctly added to the meeting site when the Draft Agenda feature is enabled (Jul 21)
    • Values within the Document Template selector now display in alphabetical order for faster navigation (Jul 21)
  • Approvals:
    • An error was thrown when attempting to terminate an approval workflow from the document list (Jul 17)
  • Reporting:
    • The Forecast report was not pulling all approved agenda items for a filtered meeting date, leaving results incomplete (Jul 21)
  • Search:
    • Internal search results could not be opened when the user had access to a document but not its associated meeting (Jul 15)
  • Public Display:
    • Resolved an issue where the public display screen remained stuck on a closed vote after the meeting advanced to the next agenda item, requiring a manual refresh to show the current state; the display now updates automatically when voting closes and the meeting progresses (Jul 13)
    • Resolved an issue where the public display could show an inaccurate vote result after a unanimous vote was closed, ensuring viewers and participants see the correct current vote outcome (Jul 13)
  • Tasks:
    • Resolved an issue where the My Assigned Tasks page stopped loading additional tasks after the first page and hid tasks tied to older meetings, ensuring users can see and access every task assigned to them (Jul 30)
