Improvements:­

• User Roles:
  • Administrators with the Manage Meetings permission can now view and delete meetings from the Recycle Bin without requiring additional user role assignments (Jun 1)
  • Meeting Template permissions are automatically cleaned up when a user's role changes, ensuring access accurately reflects the user's current role (Jun 30)
• Documents:
  • Users with the assigned user roles of Administrator or Meeting Administrator with the Manage Approvals permission in the meeting template, can now approve documents and Move to Draft from the Documents List without requiring additional role assignments (Jun 4)
  • The document template selection is now preserved when duplicating a document (Jun 10)
  • Documents with edit access now open directly in Edit mode by default (Jun 30)
  • The confirmation message displayed when deleting a document from the Documents List has been updated to better communicate the full impact of the action (Jun 30)
• Approvals:
  • Meeting Administrators with the Manage Meetings permission in the meeting template, can now initiate approval requests for packages, providing greater control over package approvals without requiring Super Administrator access (Jun 4)
  • Users viewing the approval request for a document approved without a workflow now see a details modal instead of an error. The modal displays the name of the user who manually approved the document. The name of the user will only display going forward, it won't display for documents manually approved in the past (Jun 4)
• Resource Library:
  • Resource Library document editing through the document editor is now restricted to Super Administrators and Administrators (Jun 30)
  • Meeting Administrators can now access the Resource Library (Jun 30)

Fixes:

• Sites:
  • Portal page load performance has been improved, reducing load times (Jun 10)
• Users & Groups:
  • Admins can now successfully create user accounts without errors when using the Create User feature in Users & Groups (Jun 11)
• Meeting:
  • The cursor in the minutes editor no longer jumps unexpectedly while typing during a meeting, preventing character loss and interruption (Jun 8)
• Documents:
  • The Meeting Date dropdown in Documents did not load after selecting a Meeting Type, blocking new document creation (Jun 4)
  • Edits made to a document before approval now correctly appear when the document is viewed within the meeting site (Jun 9)
  • Documents pending approval could be edited by Contributors despite the read-only setting being active (Jun 22)
  • Permissions and page functionality in the Documents List no longer intermittently disappear, requiring a page refresh to restore access (Jun 30)
