Improvements:­

• User Roles:
  • Administrators with the Manage Meetings permission can now view and delete meetings from the Recycle Bin without requiring additional user role assignments (June 1)
• Documents:
  • Users with the assigned user roles of Administrator or Meeting Administrator with the Manage Approvals permission in the meeting template, can now approve documents and Move to Draft from the Documents List without requiring additional role assignments (June 4)
• Approvals:
  • Meeting Administrators with the Manage Meetings permission in the meeting template, can now initiate approval requests for packages, providing greater control over package approvals without requiring Super Administrator access (June 4)
  • Users viewing the approval request for a document approved without a workflow now see a details modal instead of an error. The modal displays the name of the user who manually approved the document. The name of the user will only display going forward, it won't display for documents manually approved in the past (June 4)

  • The Meeting Date dropdown in Documents did not load after selecting a Meeting Type, blocking new document creation (June 4)
