Improvements:­

• Meeting Site - Minutes:
  • The minutes textbox will auto-save every two seconds. Any action that takes the user out of the minutes textbox will also save their work. For example, clicking on a different item, switching tabs on the item, etc. (May 6)
• Approvals Groups:
  • Saving changes to an Approval Group now keeps focus on the group you just edited, rather than redirecting to the top of the list (May 25)

Fixes:

• Users:
  • Creating a new SSO user no longer throws an error on the first save attempt (May 14)
• Meeting Site - Minutes:
  • The Minutes editor no longer causes the left-side agenda panel to scroll or jump while typing. Auto-save now runs silently in the background without disrupting the panel layout (May 11)
  • The cursor in the Minutes editor no longer jumps throughout the text after auto-saving (May 26)
• Meeting Site - Motions:
  • Motion text added to an agenda from a document now correctly retains its formatting and respects character limits (May 15)
  • Motion content from a document template was not being pulled into meeting minutes (May 28)
• Publishing Site:
  • Vimeo videos now load correctly in post-meeting mode and within the published HTML agenda (May 9)
  • The archived published video was not loading within the GHD calendar (May 22)
