How does training work with eScribe Academy? 

  1. Each eScribe Administrator will have their own unique license for the eScribe Academy. Each Admin will receive a certificate with their name after training is completed. Certificates can be printed, downloaded and added to your resume and LinkedIn profile! Administrators will be eScribe Certified! 

 What are some benefits of the eScribe Academy? 

  1. Users will be able to review any individual lesson they need to become a master of the services. For example, if you forgot how to publish an agenda you can visit Internet Publishing course and retake the lesson on Internet Publishing – Agenda.
  2. If users are part of a learning path, users are guided automatically through each course. Once a course is completed, the next course in the learning path will be available right away. This allows a customer to go through training at their own pace, slow or fast.
  3. Let eScribe manage new staff training. Simply provide any new staff member a license to eScribe Academy and they will receive the necessary training to become an efficient eScribe user. Please consult your Implementation Consultant or Customer Success Manager, if you have any questions about eScribe Academy licenses.

Can I share my login/license with another Admin? 

  1. Each Admin must be given their own license so they can track their individual progress and get the full eScribe training experience and individual certificate. 

 How long does my License last? 

  1. New eScribe Customers will be given a license for each Admin, depending on your Agreement, which is active for 12 months, during which time Admins have UNLIMITED access to the eSCRIBE Academy.
  2. At the end of the 12-month period, eScribe Academy licenses will automatically deactivate, unless your organization chooses to add licenses to your annual subscription is purchased through your Account Manager, which will remain active until it is cancelled. If you have questions about the 12 month period, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for further assistance.

 Can my license be re-assigned to another individual? 

  1. No, licenses cannot be re-assigned to another individual. Additional licenses must be purchased. 

What Courses will be available on eScribe Academy at launch? 

  1. All current course offerings will be offered through the eScribe Academy.
  2. Contributor Training will be offered as a guided video for customers. Administrators will bring up the video, and will be asked to answer a few questions during the session to guide the video. For example, if you do not use Automatic Report Numbering, simply answer “No” at this stage to skip that part of the training.
