Session Expired Pop Up

The “Session Expired” pop-up appears when a user’s active session is no longer valid after 24 hours of being logged in. When this happens, eScribe may be unable to load or save information correctly. Users will typically need to sign back in to continue working.

Logging Out

Signing out of eScribe ends the current user session and clears the active page state. Logging out and back in is commonly used to reset the session when users experience UI issues, missing data, or errors.
