Meeting Admin Access + Attendee Group Administrator Access

The combination role of  Meeting Admin + Attendee Group Admin allows a user the ability to see and manage Meetings, Documents associated to the Meeting Template(s) and manage their Attendee Group as needed.

To setup a user to manage the meeting template meeting admin, ensure that the user has been setup with Meeting Administrator + Meeting Type Administrator roles. This combination does not provide access to closed session meetings.

Step 1: Assigning User Roles

The first step is assigning the role as Meeting Administrator + Attendee Group Administrator under Users & Groups.

Step 3: Adding the Attendee Group Administrator

The final step is to add the user under the specific Attendee Group as Attendee Group Administrator. This role allows the user the ability to manage specific groups where they have access. The ability to add a new user to eScribe is a Super Administrator and Administrator level function only.
