Who are Meeting Type Administrators?

Meeting Type Administrators are users who have been granted full access to manage Meeting Template(s) within eScribe. This role allows users to complete the following actions with the Meeting Type Access:

  1. Add or remove categories in the agenda.

  2. Access to Closed Session meetings is not granted by default; users must be explicitly added to the user profile to gain access

In the Add Permissions flyout below, the user has been assigned Meeting Type Admin access in their user role. As a result, only the actions available to that role are displayed on the meeting template. Since Meeting Type Admin is a highly selective role, users can only perform the specific actions permitted by that role.
