Draft meeting minutes are can be posted on the publishing page for the public to review prior to the Minutes are approved at the next meeting.
Preparing and Downloading the Post Meeting Minutes
Administrators will need to prepare the most recent copy of the Meeting Minutes under "Packages" in the meeting and make any additional changes to the downloaded file such as adding DRAFT Watermark and signature files and converting to PDF.
Uploading Draft Meeting Minutes
Draft Meeting Minutes in PDF can be posted using the Additional Documents upload function under the Publish Tab.
The Additional Documents function allows Administrators the flexibility to add multiple documents not created within eScribe. Example of Additional Documents maybe Correspondence, By-Laws and items for information.
In the image below, the draft meeting minutes are going to appear to the immediate right of the meeting details as the placement for additional documents to appear.
In the image below, approved minutes will appear on the right hand side column along with other packages published through eScribe.
