Improvements:
- Meeting - Annotations:
- When using the annotation module, icons now appear on documents to indicate the exact locations of user annotations (Mar 3)
- Meeting - Draft Agenda Items:
- On a draft agenda item when an attachment is uploaded, only the delete icon will appear for the user to action. Once the attachment is saved, a menu with other actions will appear (Mar 18)
- When in the closed session on a draft agenda item and the user completes an action related to an approval (approving, declining or canceling a request), the user will be taken back to the closed session, not the open session (Mar 18)
- Meeting - Minutes & Motions:
- The character limit for minutes and motions has increased from 5,000 characters to 30,000 characters (Mar 19)
- Public Display:
- When using the public display, mover and seconders will be updated in real time on the public display (Mar 3)
- Approvals:
- Sorting has been added to the approvals page. Users can sort information in any column (Mar 5)
- The automatic delegation functionality has been added to package approvals, to match the functionality available in document approvals. If the setting to auto-delegate an approval step has been configured in the settings, this will now apply to package approvals as well (Mar 10)
- Package approval request notifications have been updated to match those in a documents approval request. Email notifications are sent when the package approval goes to an approver and the assistant, when assigned to a delegate, once fully completed, and if declined (Mar 10)
- Assigning a package approval to a delegate is now possible. Assistants are able to select the 'Delegate' button to assign the package approval to a user other than the main approver listed (Mar 10)
- Super Administrators are able to assign delegates within an approval request, even if they aren't listed as the Assistant. Super Administrators will see the 'Delegate' button at all times during an approval request (Mar 10)
- Administration - Recycle Bin:
- Documents are able to be permanently deleted from the Recycle Bin. The user is able to delete one or multiple documents at a time. Permanently deleting a document will also delete the documents attachments, history logs and approval requests (Mar 6)
- Documents and meetings that exist in the recycle bin no longer appear in any reports on the Reporting page (Mar 10)
Fixes:
- Meeting:
- Starting an approval request for a post minutes package was causing an error (Mar 10)
- Live Streaming:
- Changing the overlay image during a live streaming caused an error to appear (Mar 13)
- Agendas:
- Agenda packages were preparing with digital signatures appearing cut off (Mar 2)
- Meeting Templates:
