Recorded votes display individual voting details in the minutes, showing who voted in favor, opposed, abstained, conflict or absent. To capture recorded votes, an eScribe Administrator (Super Admin, Admin or Meeting Admin) simply clicks "Open Voting" from within the motion in the meeting.
In the event all voters are in the in favor, the administrator can simply click " Mark all voters as For" and all voters will be populated under the " For" column unless the voter is absent or in vonflict.
Once all results have been captured, either by Administrator or a Voting Participant, voting closes which does not allow any vote changes.
