Post Meeting - Adjusting Attendance

Attendance can be modified after a meeting if a user was marked as **Present** in error during roll call or if their entry time needs to be adjusted. The times indicating when a user joined and left a meeting will only be displayed if this feature has been enabled in the meeting settings. 

In the meeting click Roll Call > Locate the Attendee to be modified > Click the arrow to expand all entries for the participant.

To change either a Time In or Time Out entry, click the  X next to the time and enter the desired time.

To mark an attendee as absent, click the X on each entry associated with the attendee.

Confirm deletion of the records as these are a permanent deletion.

 In the image below, eScribe Participant has moved from the "Present" to the Absent portion of the Minutes.
