Document Templates for a Closed Session Meeting will often look very similar to an open session template, however the content being displayed from the Closed Session Template will only appear in the Closed Session portion of the meeting. A standard title will appear in Open Session to be displayed in the meeting, however Closed Session content such as Title and Description will be only be visible in the closed meeting portion.

In the image below, Closed Session Documents require the addition of two content tags that extract text captured and display in the closed session only.

In the image below of the completed report below, the two tagged areas for Closed will be extracted and displayed in closed. The remaining tags for fields such as Department and Sponsor, those will appear in open and closed meetings.
