Improvements:
- Meetings:
- When a closed session agenda item is duplicated, the root closed session agenda item will be automatically selected as the parent so that the newly created agenda item does not accidentally appear in open session (Feb 13)
- The agenda item fields within the Meeting Site have been updated to ensure that draft agenda items cannot host child items. When making an option in the Parent Item field, any choice for a draft agenda item will be greyed out. The system will also prevent users from being able to drag and drop an item to be a child item of a draft agenda item (Feb 23)
- Agendas:
- Customers are now able to download a Word version of the Agenda as a local copy (Feb 5)
- Agenda Items Page:
- The agenda item fields within the Agenda Items page have been updated to ensure that draft agenda items cannot host child items. When making an option in the Parent Item field, any choice for a draft agenda item will be greyed out (Feb 13)
- Documents:
- Search has been added to the documents list page in order to help users find their documents easily. Users can search for a document name and can do so while sorting and filtering (Feb 27)
- Pending Approvals:
- Search has been added to the approvals page in order to help users find their document approvals easily. Users can search for a document name and can do so while sorting and filtering (Feb 27)
Fixes:
- Document Manager:
- Opening a file in Microsoft Online was adding an additional space in extracted content fields (Feb 5)
- The content control value for department lost its value when the initial selection included a branch (Feb 18)
- When editing a document, an error appeared that stated highlighted changes were unable to be saved (Feb 18)
- When trying to access a document, a user unexpectedly lost editing rights (Feb 18)
- An error message appeared for a user when trying to access the documents list (Feb 18)
- Users without edit permissions for documents were able to edit documents (Feb 18)
- Agenda items that had the setting 'Allow document submission' turned off were still allowing documents to be submitted to them (Feb 23)
- Live Streaming/Timestamps:
- Timestamps that had been edited were not updating within the HTML agenda (Feb 2)
- Timestamps were missing from meetings published agendas (Feb 2)
- An error appear when adding a timestamp, that the end time had to be great than the start time, but the timestamp already followed this rule (Feb 12)
