1. Log in to your Node ( https://node.isilive.ca/) Account details were given to your A/V / IT team.
   If you do not know the account details, Please contact eSCRIBE Support.
2. On the main page, click "My File Browser".
   
   
    
3. Select the video file which needs the closed captioning
4. Click "Request Captions" 
   
   

This will send a request to the Node to create Closed Captioning for the video file.
The captions are created real-time. "ie: 3 hrs video will process for 3 hrs"
