Once your Zoom account is setup to stream to your eSCRIBE Live Streaming Lite virtual encoder, kicking off a meeting is very simple.

From your Zoom account, begin your scheduled Zoom Meeting.

Complete any house-keeping messages that you want to communicate with participants first before the commence the meeting..
PLEASE NOTE: The following steps 3 - 6 take approximately 30 seconds to complete so ensure that the Chair or Host of the meeting allows for you to complete these steps.

When ready to commence the meeting, click the Record button in Zoom (this is a backup recorded copy of the Zoom meeting as a contingency plan incase something occurs with the stream).

To start live streaming the meeting, located in the black taskbar will be a button titled More with three dots above it and select the following: Live on Custom Live Streaming Service

The following three pieces of information should be copied and pasted from the Custom Live Streaming Service box (green box) into the fields below.

Select the blue button for Go Live! when you are ready to start streaming to your page.

Open a new tab in Chrome/Edge/Firefox and copy the Live streaming URL the one you entered in Step 5, make sure you see the Zoom live stream.

Conduct the Meeting in eSCRIBE: In your eSCRIBE meeting, ensure you are in Meeting (In-Session) mode, click Live Streaming and click on the Recording toggle.
