Go to Main Navigation Bar > Administration > Settings

You can manage encoders from the Settings option from the Main Navigation Bar.

The encoder list displays a list of all encoders, as well as their current streaming and recording statuses.  It also provides a link to quickly view the live stream, so Administrators can see what is streaming before activating the stream.
