The final release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

  • Documents:
    • Signature pages on documents that have been run through an approval process can be generated and added to the end of the document. The page will list details of the document and the names and signatures of those who approved the document
  • Templates – Meeting Templates:
    • When the pre-minutes package is generated, the information from the Pre-Minutes tab in the Configure Minutes package settings will be used. The pre-minutes variables for attendees differ from the post minutes package. The variables are voting attendees list, non-voting attendees list and roll call – others
    • User permissions at the meeting template level will only show permissions applicable to the user’s role
  • Reporting:
    • The Voting Reports ‘Vote’ column will display the organizations custom voting result labels instead of the default values. The Vote filter will also display the custom values
    • The Motions and Voting Reports ‘Results’ column will display the organizations custom result labels instead of the default values. The Result filter will also display the custom values

Bug Fixes:­

  • Meeting Site:
    • The motion text in a motion component appeared to be greyed out with the ‘Show more’ text always appearing
  • Packages:
    • An agenda package was failing to prepare if it was over 76 MB in size
    • The agenda was failing to prepare when the logo that had currently been selected for the package was deleted from the system
    • Items in the agendas and minutes packages were not appearing bold even though the settings in the meeting template were turned on
    • Text in the agendas and minutes title were not appearing bold even though the title text in the meeting template had been bolded
    • The post minutes title was displaying differently in the package then how it was formatted in the meeting template settings
    • The signature line in the post minutes package was displaying too much space between the name and the signature line
  • Publishing:
    • On Internet Publishing when viewing HTML documents, the message “this item has no attachments” would appear even if there were attachments on the item
  • Agenda Items:
    • Users who were contributors were unable to see meeting dates when creating a new agenda item request, unless they were part of the attendee group
  • Documents:
    • Uploading anything but a Word document as an attachment was causing an error
  • Approvals:
    • Adding multiple permissions within an approval group caused the Add button and Delete button to overlap
    • Adding multiple permissions within an approval group caused the section to be hidden behind the approval steps
    • On the approval request page for documents, the Approval Group options were getting cut off if there were too many approval groups
