The final release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

• Meeting Site:
  • Users within the meeting site will see information appear in real-time relating to item information, when updated. If an item has been reordered, deleted or added, the user will see a message telling them to refresh the page
  • Users within the meeting site will see icons on agenda items appear and disappear in real-time
• Packages:
  • After the Agenda package has been approved, the Revised Agenda section will appear at the same time as the Addendum Agenda
• Documents:
  • On the signature page, document signatures have a line of text that appear above the main approvers name, explaining who approved on behalf of the main approver if another user approved the step
• Templates – Meeting Templates:
  • When adding or editing an item in the meeting template, the user is able to unselect the Parent Item field
  • In the Configure Agenda Package window in the Resolutions tab, the Motion Number variable has been updated to “Resolution Number”
  • In the Configure Minutes Package window, Users can use the “Roll Call – Comments” variable to have information from the meeting sites Roll Call – Comments textbox appear in the Post Minutes package
• Miscellaneous:
  • The attachment file size upload limit has been increased to 250 MB

Bug Fixes:­

• Meeting Site:
  • When accessing a meeting site upon first loading, the meeting site appeared empty for a second, then loaded the agenda content
• Packages:
  • Agenda packages were failing to prepare
  • Pre and Post Minutes packages were failing to prepare
  • An error appeared when a user tried to re-prepare the Post Minutes package and view it
  • The logo was not appearing in the Agendas or Minutes packages
  • The Pre-Minutes package listed non-voting participants in a recorded vote
  • A large amount of white space appeared in the Post Minutes package before a motions result
  • When attaching the Post Minutes package to an upcoming meetings item using the “Attach to Existing Agenda Item” option, the attached minutes were not displaying in the PDF agenda as an attachment
  • The Agenda PDF displayed the wrong meeting date when using the Meeting Date variable
  • Attachments were duplicating and displaying up to four times in the Addendum and Revised Agendas
• Internet Publishing:
  • When attaching a Post Minutes package to an existing agenda item and then publishing the Agenda to the Publishing Site, the Post Minutes package published was a .docx instead of a PDF
• Documents:
  • Title and Description information were not being extracted from documents
• Approvals:
  • During an approval, only the first approver received an email notification
  • When clicking on an approval request email notification, the user was directed to a blank page in the system
• Templates – Meeting Templates:
  • In the Configure Meeting Settings window, users were unable to edit and save the Motion tab settings
• Miscellaneous:
  • The wrong message appeared in the Resource Library for users who are Contributors
