The final release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

  • Meeting Site:
    • Real-time updates have been added to minutes and motions. If minutes or motion components are added, users will see information update without needing to refresh the page
    • Real-time updates have been added to the Speakers List feature. Users will no longer need to refresh their page to see updates regarding speakers, icons, etc.
  • Documents:
    • The document number ‘Meeting Month’ variable has been updated to two digits instead of the full month. For example, the month of ‘January’ will display as ‘01’ for document numbering
  • Approvals:
    • When a draft document has been added to a meeting site and there is an approval in progress, cancelling that approval will not result in the draft document being removed from the meeting site
  • Administration – Settings:
    • On the Meetings Professional Page, the Save and Cancel buttons will only appear if the user makes any changes to the settings on the page

Bug Fixes:­

  • Meeting Site:
    • When an approved document was deleted in the meeting site, the document was also being deleted from the Approved tab in the Documents List
    • Adding a secondary motion caused the screen to freeze and become unresponsive
    • While using YouTube video, timestamps were unable to be edited
  • Packages:
    • In the PDF agenda, when an items description was too long to fit onto one page, the text would display on the next page and leave a gap
    • An attachment was appearing on the HTML agenda but was excluded from the PDF agenda
    • In the post minutes package after a recorded votes label in table format, too much spacing was appearing
    • Non-visited items were showing up in the post minutes package when the setting to do so was turned off
    • The resolutions package meeting start time variable was not displaying properly
  • Documents:
    • While creating a document, a meeting date for the current day was not appearing in the Meeting Date dropdown
    • The font for a document template tag was changing from Arial to Times New Roman
    • A document that had been renamed and then downloaded was still displaying the old name for the downloaded version
    • When an attachment for a document was renamed during the approval process, the agenda PDF bookmark was still displaying the original attachment name
  • Approvals:
    • An error was appearing when trying to approve a document that the user was an approver for
  • Templates – Meeting Templates:
    • While using the setting ‘Set logo to be inline with agenda title’ the logo was only appearing left aligned in packages
    • The logo was not appearing in the agenda package if the ‘Set logo to be inline with agenda title’ was checked on
