The final release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:
Improvements:

- Meeting Site:
- The Description, Minutes and Motion rich-text editors in the meeting site and meeting template have been updated to remove the following settings: font size, line height, text color, background color and clear formatting. The follow settings have been added: superscript, subscript, find and replace and insert/edit link
- The behavior of publishing the Live Stream to Internet Publishing has been updated. When the meeting is in session, the administrator can navigate to Publish > Internet and publish the live stream
- Real-time updates in the meeting site apply to the closed session. Deleting a closed session will cause the closed session option to disappear for all in the meeting site
- Users who are absent will not appear as options in the Moved and Seconded dropdowns
- When a motion is being cast to the public display, the participants name being display is the Motion Display Name that is listed in the Attendees Profiles within the meeting
- When a motion is being cast to the public display, the Moved and Seconded fields will appear based on the Meeting Template setting ‘Motion Process’
- Packages:
- Real-time updates in the meeting site apply to packages being prepared and approved. When any package is prepared and then approved, the option to re-prepare the package becomes disabled. Once the Agenda or Agenda Full package has been approved, the Addendum and Revised Agenda section will appear as option to prepare on the left side
- When using the setting ‘Show agenda item number on attachments’, the number on the attachments was cut off when printing. The position of the number has been moved down to prevent this
- Approvals:
- The ‘User Approvals’ page has been renamed to ‘Pending Approvals’
- When viewing an approval group or an approval group on the approval request page, the column ‘Approver or Meeting’ has been updated to ‘Approver or Reviewer Group’
- When creating an approval request, the ‘Comments for Approvers’ section has been renamed to ‘Notes to Approvers’
- A summary email is sent to an approver once a day that contains a list of all the approvals that have passed the approval deadline set in the approval group
- Templates – Meeting Templates:
- When adding or editing a meeting template and configuring the Agenda or Minutes packages, subscript and superscript functionality has been added to all rich-text editors

- Meeting Site:
- When publishing meetings to participants, not all participants were receiving emails about the meeting being published
- An establish connection error was periodically appearing in meetings
- When the screen was zoomed in to a certain percentage, the user was unable to edit motions
- Users were unable to save a motion number in a closed session meeting
- When using live streaming, the video was not appending when stopped and restarting, which resulted in an incomplete video
- When viewing the archived video after a meeting, the video was not available
- Packages:
- The agenda package was unable to prepare and while publishing the HTML the loading spinner appeared for a long time
- When starting an approval process for a Revised Agenda, the status was not updating from Draft to In Progress
- When reordering attendees in the meeting, the Post Minutes package was not reflecting the new order saved
- Bullets used to format text within the motion component were displaying incorrectly in the Post Minutes packages
- An error appeared while publishing a meeting to Internet Publishing
- Internet Publishing:
- Timestamps were not appearing on HTML agendas that had video
- Timestamps were not updating correctly on HTML documents
- Documents:
- When creating a report and selecting the Meeting Date, options for meetings with today’s date were not appearing
- When selecting which department a document pertained to, the department field would not populate with options
- While managing permissions for a document, administrators were being displayed as options to be added
- While managing permissions for a document, users who had been deleted were appearing as options to be added
- When uploading or creating a document and marking it as a draft item, the document would sometimes appear duplicated in the meeting
- A user was unable to cancel a documents in progress approval request from the Documents List
- A duplicated draft document was appearing in a meeting site
- The description text in a document was not extracting onto an item in the meeting
- The motion text in a document was not extracting onto an item in the meeting
- The sponsors for a document were not updating the details on an item in the meeting site
- When the screen was zoomed-in to a certain percentage, the user was unable to see the menu options for documents
- Approvals:
- The email that a delegate received during an approval did not contain a button to take the user to the applicable approval request
- Mobile Apps:
- Participants were able to access meetings that had not yet been published to them
- Conflict details on agenda items were unable to be seen
- Participants were unable to move or second when the motion was open to accept a mover and/or seconder
