Improvements:

  • Meeting Site:
    •  All text editors across the platform now include built-in spell check to help catch typos and improve content quality as you type (Jan 23)
    • Agenda item details can now be expanded and collapsed for each agenda item. All items can be collapsed and expanded with one click as well (Jan 26)
  • Meetings:
    • Keyboard shortcuts can now be used to move agenda items and indent agenda items (Jan 21)
  • Meeting Templates:
    • Customers will now be able to set the target publish time for the meetings in the meeting templates > meeting settings (Jan 6)
  • Approvals:
    • The 'Comments for Approvers' section within an approval request page has been updated to 'Notes for Approvers.' The text box is now sizeable to help the user see all text inputted, with a maximum of 1,000 characters allowed (Jan 14)
  • Documents:
    • The Document Manager Module now supports four new closed session content controls that automatically extract a document’s closed title and closed description fields into the closed session:

      • Closed Session Title (EN) - eScribe-Closed-Session-Title
      • Closed Session Title (FR) - eScribe-Closed-Session-Title-FR
      • Closed Session Description (EN) - eScribe-Closed-Session-Description
      • Closed Session Description (FR) - eScribe-Closed-Session-Description-FR

      Draft and approved documents can be added to both open and closed sessions, with flexible placement options. Draft agenda items can appear in either session, display new closed session information, and automatically convert to regular agenda item once approved. Closed draft agenda items are fully represented in closed session packages.

      Reordering and synchronization of draft items are supported across views, and the system prevents assigning child items to draft agenda items (Jan 21)

Fixes:­

  • Meetings:
    • Minutes were being deleted if the user typed in more characters than the character limit allowed for (Jan 7)
    • Admins were unable to send messages as a Chair (Jan 21)
    • Send Notification button was appearing on multiple agenda types for participants (Jan 21)
    • Duplicated motion templates were not loading properly in the list after duplication (Jan 21)
    • Resolved an issue where agenda items were not labeled with the correct H2 heading sequence (Jan 23)
  • Live Streaming:
    • User was unable to stop streaming and recording the live stream due to an error being displayed (Jan 26)
  • Documents:
    • The Manage Permissions user select was deleting the users typed characters and behaving incorrectly (Jan 2)
    • ⁠Editing the document setting for confidential reasons was not working correctly. Users were unable to save edits made (Jan 9)
    • The version history flyout was not appearing until all data fully loaded. Added a loading spinner (Jan 14)
    • When opening a document a user encountered a pop-up stating: 'Sorry! Something went wrong opening this file.' (Jan 15)
  • Search:
    • Internal search results were not appearing when searching keywords (Jan 23)
