Improvements:

• Meeting Site:
  • When conducting a meeting the order of agenda items that appears in the Reorder Minutes flyout after a meeting has concluded is dependent on two settings when editing the meeting template and configuring the minutes package: ‘Show Minutes in the same order as Agenda’ and ‘Include Agenda Items that have not been visited.’ By using these settings, the Reorder Minutes flyout will populate with agenda items that were activated during the meeting or that appear in the agenda navigation. This effects both open and closed sessions
• Packages:
  • After the meeting has concluded, the admin can use the Reorder Minutes flyout to dictate what items will appear in the post minutes packages. Reorder, add or delete agenda items from the flyout and prepare the applicable post minutes packages to display the agenda items that you’d like. This applies to both open and closed sessions

Bug Fixes:­

• Meeting Site:
  • Issues with loading were appearing when trying to upload a large PPT file as an attachment
  • When adding a conflict for a voting member in the closed session, voting members from the open session were appearing in the dropdown 
• Reporting:
  • When viewing the Forecast report, deleted items and meetings were appearing
• Search:
  • When users who were the Contributor user role tried to use the search function, results were not returned
