New Features:

• Graphical Votes
  • Display your organizations vote results on the public display in a new engaging format that’s easy to use, engaging and color coded based on how voters voted
  • Navigate to the Meeting Template > Meeting Settings > Public Display tab to enable this feature and configure the settings
• Automatic Resolution Numbering
  • Customize your resolution number per meeting template and assign resolution numbers within your meetings with one click, eliminating the need for manual entry
  • Navigate to the Meeting Template > Meeting Settings > Motion tab to enable this feature and configure the settings

Improvements:

• Meeting Site:
  • When a child item is added to an item that has already been consented, the newly added child item will automatically be consented
  • For consent items, every parent item that has been consented will show the consent section on a motion
  • When agenda item titles are long in length, the item number/letter will display on the first line of the item in the agenda navigation. Icons relating to the agenda item title will appear under the title and chips will display under the icons

Bug Fixes:­

• Meeting Site:
  • User was unable to remove attachments from the meeting site
  • User was unable to add meeting minutes to agenda items if the administrator also had participant permissions
  • On the motion components the Result dropdown was missing
  • When participants tried to download the agenda package an error was appearing
  • When navigating to the special action item Open Pecuniary Interests an error was appearing
• Packages:
  • In the Full Agenda package the item title text wrapped improperly
  • In the Agenda package a large while space was appearing between items
  • In the Post Minutes HTML version, extra spacing appeared when using numbers and bullets within the minutes textbox
• Documents:
  • Content controls in documents were only extracting the department and not the branch
  • Document title properties were appearing blank when selecting the option Attach to New Agenda Item
  • User was unable to attach approved documents to a meeting site by using the option Attach to Agenda Item
• Approvals:
  • When selecting an approval group in the Approval Request Page, approval groups that did not have permissions to be selected were appearing in the dropdown
  • Users were unable to remove an attachment from an approval request
  • An error appeared when a user clicked on an approval request
