The release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

  • Meeting Site:
    • Hover over text has been added to icons that appear within the agenda navigation. Description, attachments, minutes, etc.
    • In the Live Streaming flyout, No Encoder has been added as an option. When no encoder is selected, the live streaming controls do not appear
  • Packages:
    • Draft agenda item information will appear within agenda packages. This includes: the item title, sponsors, description, motions (motion label, motion text style, moved and seconded with settings taking into account) and attachments
  • Users & Groups:
    • When a new user is created, at least one role needs to be selected
    • The App column has been removed from the User List page
    • The option to assign meetings professional app licenses has been removed from the create/edit user flyouts
    • On the User List page, the status column has been updated to only display the following statuses: Pending Invitation (the user is created but has not been invited), Invited (the user is created, invitation is sent but they have not setup a password), Active (the user is created and they have set up their password), Inactive (the user is inactive)
    • When displaying departments and branches within dropdowns, the departments will appear in alphabetical order, and the branches within them will appear nested underneath in alphabetical order

Fixes:­

  • Meeting Site:
    • The special action Open Pecuniary Interests was not applied in the meeting site
    • The referred chip on an agenda item did not appear after the item was referred
    • When publishing an HTML document, the select all checkbox to select which attachments would be published was not working
  • Packages:
    • In the HTML preview of an agenda, the logo overlapped with the title
  • Documents:
    • The copy link button in the menu for a document was not creating the correct link
    • Changes to the Parent and Place Item After field for a draft agenda item were not reflected within the meeting site
    • The department-branch content control was being deleted within the document if the department/branch was revised after doc creation
    • The incorrect user was listed in the version history of a document
  • Templates:
    • Meeting Templates:
      • The setting to show page numbers on the agenda package displayed inconsistent bolding
