The release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

• Meeting Site:
  • In the closed session, chips have been added to match the open session functionality. Users will now see chips for Draft, Conflict, Consented, Pending Referral, Referred, Active, Speakers List, and the Timer
• Packages:
  • Draft agenda information will appear within the pre-minute’s packages. This includes: the item title, the description, motions (motion label and text) and vote result options
• Agenda Items:
  • When creating or editing an agenda item, the flyouts have been optimized to not show unnecessary fields. When the Confidential Agenda Item option is unchecked, the Closed Session Title and Closed Session Description fields will be hidden. When the option is checked, the closed session fields will display
• Documents:
  • Users can select the Meeting Date column heading to sort documents by the meeting date. The first click sorts dates ascending, the second click is descending and the third is back to the default
  • When a user creates a new document the headings Title, Description and Minutes/Motion have been removed. The fields will remain in the Upload Document flyout and the Edit Details flyout
  • Attachments and Documents can be downloaded from eScribe. Supporting attachments within approval requests, draft documents, supporting attachments within draft documents, approved documents and their supporting attachments, document templates, minutes packages within an approval and files within the Resource Library
  • The Parent and Place Item After fields for draft agenda items have been updated. The two fields are not required. The Parent field lists all agenda items while the Place Item After field lists the child items to the selected Parent field, or all agenda items if no Parent was selected
• Approvals:
  • The approver assistant text that appears when adding or editing an approver has been updated to make the functionality clearer 

Fixes:­

• Meeting Site:
  • The Request to Speak flyout for participants did not contain a scroll bar when the user needed to scroll to see all listed agenda items
  • When using the minutes textbox, the scroll bar was not appearing when a certain amount of text was in the textbox
  • For a draft agenda item in the Minutes tab, when there were multiple minutes or motion sections, the Minutes heading appeared before every section
  • Within the meeting site when a draft agenda item had been approved, the item still appeared as draft instead of a regular agenda item
  • A Meeting Administrator was unable to publish a meeting to Visitors
• Packages:
  • When trying to prepare an agenda package, the prepare action failed as some attachments were not properly validated
  • When trying to prepare an agenda, the action was failing if a document had been approved directly from the documents list
  • When preparing a full agenda package, an attachment that had been updated was not updating properly when the package was re-prepared
  • Changes that were made to a document or attachment within the meeting site were not reflected in the agenda full package
  • The motion label was not displaying for draft agenda items within the agenda full package
• Documents:
  • When creating a new document and selecting the Agenda Item field, not all applicable agenda items were appearing within the dropdown
  • When using Microsoft Online, sometimes the bullet formatting was not working for motion text
• Templates:
  • Meeting Templates:
    • When trying to edit a meeting template, the flyout would sometimes display the duplicate template flyout
• Miscellaneous:
  • The attachments section on an HTML agenda item displayed the attachment count as 0, even if attachments were on the item
