The release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

  • Meeting Site:
    • Users can now distinguish between adding a new item and adding a sub-item in the Meeting Site, improving clarity and agenda organization
    • When adding a new agenda item, the system now keeps the user on the newly created item, making it easier to continue editing without losing context
    • The ellipsis menu has been removed from the Closed Session special action item and child items of the Open Pecuniary Interest items within the meeting site. A delete action has replaced the menu
    • In order to save any attachments that are uploaded to a draft agenda item within a meeting site, the user must click the Save button. Once save is clicked, the attachments will be saved to the draft agenda item
    • Notifications that appear in the meeting site will only display a maximum of two at a time. This is to help increase screen space and to ensure the notifications are not blocking any important actions
    • The minutes textbox will auto-save every three seconds after the user stops typing. The user is able to click outside of the textbox to save their work as well, or wait three seconds and the system will auto-save the text within the minutes textbox
  • Approvals:
    • Filters have been added to the Approvals and Pending Approvals page. Users can now filter by meeting type, meeting date and assignee
  • Templates:
    • A new setting has been added to enhance draft agenda items. The setting allows the administrator to choose if they would like the word 'DRAFT' to appear before their draft agenda items in their agendas and minutes packages
      • If the new setting 'Display Draft tag in Packages' is turned on, the word DRAFT will appear before draft agenda items in agenda and minutes packages. If the setting is turned off, the DRAFT word won't appear before the item title

Fixes:­

  • Meeting Site:
    • Corrected the Meeting Site display so the right side no longer defaults incorrectly, improving session navigation
    • The right side panel no longer defaults incorrectly to the Messages tab, restoring the intended default behavior
    • Agenda Item tabs now display consistently, ensuring all agenda details are accessible to users
    • When uploading attachments to an agenda item, the system was unable to process the attachments and an error message appeared
    • The default voting settings configured within the meeting template were not applying when creating new meeting sites
    • The default vote settings were changing when a user updated the motion text on an agenda item
    • The voting window in meetings now refreshes correctly, ensuring participants always see up-to-date results during live sessions
    • Resolved a problem with Conduct Mode where toggling motions caused unknown errors, ensuring motions can be conducted without interruption
  • Packages:
    • The agenda package displayed track changes comments when the setting had been turned off
    • When preparing a package that included pictures or graphs, some appeared mis-positioned or small than originally intended
  • Internet Publishing:
    • The livestream “View Live” option now loads properly on the Publishing Site, ensuring audiences can reliably watch live meetings
  • Approvals:
    • A user was unable to approve a document as the system incorrectly stated that the document was currently opened by another user
