The release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

• Meeting Site:
  • The text ‘Result: None’ for motions in the meeting site will not appear. Instead, the ‘Result:’ text will only appear when there is a result
  • Icons will appear on agenda items within the closed session. A tool-tip will be shown when hovering over the icon
• Agenda Items:
  • Contributors can create agenda items without needing to be part of the meeting
• Documents:
  • Administrators can use the checkbox on an agenda item to ‘Allow document submission’. When enabled, users can select the applicable agenda item to attach documents to. When disabled, the agenda item will not be able to accept documents
  • To select the document template, the meeting type and department need to be selected first
  • When a document is duplicated, the text within the content controls of the original document will be displayed in the duplicated document
  • The document version history of documents using Microsoft 365 can be opened or restored. The details can also be viewed

Fixes:­

• Meeting Site:
  • In the Sponsors field, the dropdown options were not appearing in alphabetical order
  • The meeting site was placing the user on a different agenda item when working on an agenda item and saving
  • When adding a motion or minutes to the meeting, the page refreshed and did not bring the user back to the original item
  • When adding a motion to a closed session item, sometimes a duplicate motion appeared
  • The motion text within a closed session item would disappear if the ‘Show in open session’ checkbox was clicked
  • When on the approval request page for an agenda package, clicking the ‘View Package’ option caused an error to appear
• Publishing:
  • The video timestamps were not updating in the published agendas HTML
  • Edited timestamps were not publishing to HTML documents
  • On HTML documents, the attachment count appeared as 0 when there were attachments on the item
• Documents:
  • Contributors with read-only access to a document were unable to see the ‘View Details’ menu option
  • When viewing a documents version history and clicking on ‘View this Version’, the file was downloaded to the users device instead of opening a read-only version of the document
  • Turning off the setting ‘Allow document submission’ for agenda items was not working
• Approvals:
  • An administrator was unable to view the approval request page for a cancelled agenda package
• Users & Groups:
  • Departments:
    • Users were unable to be added to branches unless there was a user in the department
• Templates:
  • Meeting Templates:
    • When first loading a meeting template, the agenda items weren’t loading, and it said the structure was empty
