The release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

• Attendee Groups:
  • The create and edit attendee flyouts have been cleaned up to only display fields that are applicable to the user, depending on what is selected
• Approvals:
  • An approval group is able to be duplicated. Simply click 'Duplicate Group' and name the new approval group. Adjust any of the duplicated settings and click 'Duplicate.' The new approval group will be created and ready to use. All settings will be duplicated as well as approval steps 
• Meeting Template:
  • When editing the meeting template and adding or editing an agenda item, the user is able to remove the special action for an agenda item. They will also receive an error if they try to remove the special action from an item that has child items 

Fixes:­

• Packages:
  • Attachments within the agenda packages appeared out of order 
• Documents:
  • A document was unable to be approved, as the user received a message that the document was currently opened by another user when it was actually not opened by anyone else 
  • A contributor was unable to view a document within their department 
  • Edits made to a document when multiple users were editing the document were not saved
  • When a draft agenda item was duplicated, attachments on the newly created draft agenda item were not appearing within the meeting site 
  • An approved documents final version was not populating within the agenda package 
  • Edits made within attachments on agenda items were not populating in the agenda package 
  • While editing a document, a reload error sometimes appeared within the document
