Improvements:­

• Meeting Site:
  • Notifications are no longer sent automatically when publishing to participants. After publishing, a new Send Notification button appears, allowing you to manually send notifications to participants when ready (Dec 15)
• Documents:
  • When creating, editing or viewing an approved documents details, the user will be able to see which document template was used in order to create the document (Dec 15)

Fixes:­

• Live Streaming:
  • An error appeared while publishing the archived video (Dec 6)
• Meeting Templates:
  • The meeting administrators 'creating meeting' permissions were disappearing for certain users (Dec 19)
• Documents:
  • While using MS 365 Online for document collaboration, a user unexpectedly lost their editing rights (Dec 19)
