The release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:
Improvements:
- User Permissions:
- The Sync Permissions button has been removed. This button no longer serves a purpose with the introduction of MS 365 Online for documents. Permission updates will now sync automatically
- Documents:
- The order of sponsors selected for a document will be reflected within the documents sponsor content control
- Live Streaming:
- Publishing the archived video will update all timestamps for HTML packages that are published to Internet Publishing
- Annotations
- Simplified the text selection options for participants when annotating a document in the meeting
- Freeform highlight is now the default highlight option
- Note options have been simplified to one note option
Fixes:
- Meetings:
- A meeting was displaying as published but was not appearing within the Internet Publishing site
- When clicking on a meeting site, the site did not load any of the content
- Packages:
- The post minutes with attachments were not displaying updates that had been made to an attachment within the concluded mode
- Attachments were missing within the full agenda package, PDF version
- Minutes were not being properly added as attachments to existing agenda items
- Live Streaming:
- An error appeared when publishing the archived video
- An error appeared while trying to unpublish an archived video
- When publishing the archived video an error appeared. The video was still published but was unable to be unpublished
- The edited timestamps were not updating within the agenda HTML
- Video timestamps were not appearing on the published HTML revised agenda
- Video timestamps within the post minutes HTML were not updating
- The full video recording was unavailable if the recording was stopped and restarted during a streaming-only session
