Excluding attachments from the Agenda

Specific attachments within an agenda package can be excluded from the public-facing document. Excluded attachments  will remain within the meeting and can still be viewed and managed by Administrators. Examples of documents  that may be excluded include personal information, financial information, quotes, litigation-related materials, and security or law-enforcement-sensitive records.

To exclude an attachment, use the options menu to right of the document to be excluded and click" Exclude from Agenda".  The attachment will continue to appear in the meeting to the Administrator.
