Resolution Packages are PDF documents that include motions captured during a meeting, as well as motions added manually or through an approved report.  All items in the meeting denoted with the gavel indicate a motion will be included in the package.

Preparing Resolution Packages 

To prepare the PDF Package, place a checkmark under Resolutions and click Prepare Packages. The prepared document will be available for viewing using the options menu.

 Please note Resolution Packages without motions in the meeting will cause an error during preparation.

A prepared Resolution Package may look  similar to the image below with a logo, motion text and voting details. New Meeting templates may not have any configuration setup and can completed during the Implementation Process or post implementation.  

Configuring Resolution Packages in the Meeting Template 

Resolution Packages can be configured within the Meeting Template by defining headers for Open and Closed Sessions and Footers by inserting Package Type–specific variables. To begin configuring Headers follow these steps to build out the desired template. 

Meeting Template> Edit Meeting Template> Configure Agenda Package> Resolutions Tab.
