WEBCASTING PLUS - COMPACT ENCODERS ISSUE - DECEMEBER 19, 2025
UPDATE DECEMBER 19, 2025, 10:55 AM ET - Clients with Compact encoders will be able to stream and record as normal. If there are any issues when attempting to start a stream then please reach out to eScribe Support.
December 19, 2025 9:45 AM ET - There is an issue with Webcasting Plus-Compact Encoders. Any Start/Stop commands for the Compact Encoder currently does not work due to an issue. The issue has been escalated, our third party team are currently working. Clients using non-Compact encoders or Virtual/lite encoders will be unaffected. We'll update here when new information becomes available.
