How is a meeting categorized in the meeting lists?
Meetings within the system are organized into two primary categories:

  • Upcoming Meetings – These are meetings that are scheduled for the current day or any future date.
  • Past Meetings – These include all meetings that concluded before today’s date.

What determines when a meeting moves to the “Past” list?
A meeting automatically transitions from the "Upcoming" list to the "Past" list after its scheduled end date (not the end time) has passed.

This means:

  • A meeting will continue to appear in your Upcoming list as long as the scheduled end date is today or later.

Example:
If a meeting is scheduled from July 10, 3:00 PM to July 10, 4:00 PM:

  • It will appear in the Upcoming list all day on July 10.
  • On July 11, it will move to the Past list.

Does the time of day affect this transition?
No. The system only considers the end date of the meeting, not the specific time it ends.

Regardless of whether a meeting ends at 8:00 AM or 11:59 PM, it will remain in the Upcoming list for the entirety of that date and transition to Past the next calendar day.
