If your organization uses Google Analytics, here’s some additional information about how you can leverage it to check stats re: your iframe and/or livestreamed/published archived videos. (Note : eScribe staff are not experts in Google Analytics. We can enable/add users to the analytics page for customer access. How each organization uses and manages the information will depend on each individual organizations level of knowledge using Google Analytics). You can open a ticket with our Support Team, requesting the setup,  and required information (as seen below).

Ticket Requesting “Google Analytics for live stream/archived videos”:

• Provide your organizational Gmail address in the email that you’d like to add (there can be multiple added).
• These email accounts will be added to the analytics page by our partners at ISI live and you will you receive an invite notification once the accounts have been added.

Ticket Requesting “Google Analytics tag for the eScribe iframe”:

• Please provide your Google Analytics code in your support ticket. Support will confirm when the configuration is complete.
