Select Document Settings from the Document Manager section of the eSCRIBE menu bar.
Once the Document templates are configured, Document Manager has a number of configurable options, all of which can be accessed via the Document Settings section. These settings are global and apply to all eScribe users.
Field | Explanation |
| Upload Documents | Enabling this feature allows Administrators and Contributors the ability to upload a Document(Report) created externally of eScribe. |
| Meeting Date Required | Enabling this feature requires the user who created the Document to select a meeting date from the drop down. Opting not to enable this feature will not populate the Submission Deadline on which indicates a late report. |
| Confidential Reasons | Administrators will populate confidential reasons required which allows users to select one option when creating a Document and will only appear within eScribe. |
