Go to Main Navigation Bar Approvals Approval Groups
To add a approval group, enter the group name and click Create Group. The approval group is now added to the list, once added, its configuration can be completed by clicking the Edit Details link beside the desired group.

| Approval Group Name | How the Group will appear when selecting a Workflow |
| Available For | Used to determine where the Approval Group will appear :

| Approval Deadline | Enter number of day(s) for the approver to complete the approval. The deadline does not include weekends. An email reminder will be sent for approvals past the due date. This due date applies to each step in the process. |
