When a user marks a report as a Confidential Document, they are able to optionally select a reason why the report is confidential. Typically, this list is populated with specific reasons that are allowed by your organization. For example, Identifiable Individual or Legal matter.
To add a new reason to the list, enter the reason into the textbox and click Add Reason.
To modify an existing reason, make changes in the textbox and click Save Changes or click the X to Delete.
Note: Reasons are displayed to contributors in the order in which they were entered. To change this order, all reasons must be removed and re-added in the correct order.
