When Contributors are authoring reports in eSCRIBE, they may have two choices presented to them depending on the configurations:
1) Drafting a new Document using a pre - tagged template for Title and Recommendation
2) Upload a Document drafted externally and loaded into eScribe
In some organizations, Administrators might choose to restrict users from uploading reports from outside of the system and mandate that users create all reports using pre-defined templates from within eSCRIBE. It is important to remember that if allowing the upload document, that the template is the most current with the appropriate tag(s).
Note: For organizations who allow the uploading of report documents, please ensure the most current up to date template has been distributed to staff).
