Document templates that you no longer need can be “Deactivated.” By deactivating the report template, it will no longer appear as an option when creating a new document to other non admin users.
Once a Document Template has deactivated, it will be listed, and once selected the Activate Template button will appear. The Document template is available for you to re-activate later by selecting it from the Deactivated area and selecting Activate Template from the menu:
