Should it ever be required to override the approval process and manually change the status of a report, administrators can change the status of a report from "Draft" to "Approved" by selecting Approve Document from the drop-down next to the title of the report. Once approved, the report will move under the Approved Tab.
This might be useful in the event that a report must be approved directly and avoid a formal approval process.
In the event a report needs to be reassigned back to the author for edits, the administrator can chose
"Move to Draft" for the selected report under the Approved Tab. It will then appear in the Draft Tab and is available for edits as required.
