Administrator - Automatic Document Numbering Variable Options

Variables are used to configure the automatic document number format when using Automatic Document Numbering. The following variables are supported:

Variable Name	Variable Description	Example
Department Name	Department name as entered in Department Name field.	i.e.: if an admin modifies the Department to a short form (Clerks = CLK) it will appear as the short form if appended to the document name.
Department Branch	Department branch as entered in the Branch field.	i.e.: if an admin modifies the Branch to a short form (Clerks = CLK) it will appear as the short form if appended to the document name.
Meeting Type	Meeting Type value as selected from the Meeting Type	Name of the Meeting: i.e. Council Meeting
Meeting Year	Meeting Year	Year the meeting takes place
Meeting Month	Month of the Meeting	Month the meeting takes place
Current Year	Current Year	value will populate current year from the meeting.
