From time to time, an Administrator might want to review all of the reports in eSCRIBE for all users with outstanding approvals, or perhaps approve a report on behalf of another user in the case of absences, vacations, etc.
The User Approvals page under the Approval menu was designed specifically for these purposes.
Click the options menu and click " View Approval Request" on the line containing the approval request.
Administrators have 3 options available to select on behalf of the user:
- Cancel Request (this will cancel the request completely and keep the report under the Draft tab)
- Decline ( this will change the status from draft to declined and will appear under the Draft Tab)
- Approve (report will move to the Approved Tab)
