Contributors may request an item to appear on the Agenda where the item is not a Report (Document) but simply a Presentation for example. They will submit a request using "Create Agenda Item".
The requested item will need to be Approved by an Administrator prior to being added to the Agenda. In the event the item is not accepted, Administrators will click Reject which allows the Contributor to make edits in their instance and resubmit.
