System Access

To access eSCRIBE, open a web browser (eScribe supports the latest 2 version of Chrome, MS Edge, FireFox or Safari), and enter the web address (URL) for your eScribe system.

Forms User Login

Select eScribe Account option; enter your username and password into the screen below. All passwords are masked by default for security purposes.  If you click on the password eye, what you have typed will show up to enable you to check the typing of your password. The password will only show up while the mouse button is pressed - as soon as you release the button your typing will disappear

Managing Passwords

If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.

Enter your email address used for your account, and a new temporary password will be emailed directly to you. If you experience any difficulty, please contact your eSCRIBE Administrator for password assistance.

After logging into eSCRIBE you can change your temporary password by clicking on your user name and selecting Change Password from the drop-down menu in the right hand corner of the screen.

Note: Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least 1 non alpha numeric character (eg: ! @ # $ % & * ? { } )

ADFS/Azure AD Login

ADFS and Azure AD allows you to log into eSCRIBE using your organization account. Your system administrators may have configured eSCRIBE with Single-sign on, so you may not even need to enter a password.

If single-sign on has not been configured, you will be taken to a login page that is hosted by your organization. Upon successful login to this page, you will be returned to the eSCRIBE Portal. This login page may have been customized, so might look different than the sample page below.

Note: This login page is managed by your organization, not eSCRIBE. If you receive any error messages while trying to log-in, your local technical support should be contacted.
