To create a new Closed Session (Confidential) Report, click Create in the Contributor View. When choosing the Document Template, there may be a separate Closed Session template, or use any template but mark it as Confidential, by clicking the Confidential Document checkbox. Optionally, the author can select which closed reason best applies by selecting from the drop-down. Please note these reasons do not appear in any published documentation except for viewing the report properties by the user.
Once the Create button is clicked, Microsoft Word will open, displaying the appropriate template for the type of report you have selected.
